EDU Gestalt

About the project

A Gestalt pedagogy toolkit for teachers in four European countries. It brings embodied, expressive and experiential teaching into the classroom, providing practical tools based on Gestalt therapy to support learning and emotional connection with students.

EDU Gestalt is based on the conviction that deep learning involves the body, emotions and direct experience. The project developed a comprehensive pedagogical framework enabling teachers to transform their practice through Gestalt principles.

Objectives

• Create a pedagogical toolkit based on Gestalt principles for European classrooms
• Train teachers in embodied, expressive and experiential teaching
• Develop curriculum materials adaptable to different educational contexts
• Evaluate the impact of Gestalt pedagogy on wellbeing and school performance

Results

• A pedagogical toolkit published in four languages
• In-person training for more than 80 European teachers
• A methodological guide for implementation in schools
